The environment
Everybody is learning. Yes, we have experienced yogis capable of incredible things, but most of us are beginning our journey.
You will want a nice yoga mat, but we have plenty at the studio that you can borrow. They are in large baskets at the front of the studio.
We also have yoga props at the back of the studio. Ask the instructor if you will need blocks or a strap.
Use the time before class to move around and get the body warm, or you can just sit there and relax. Many students will lay down on their mats and relax until class starts.
