This four-week series is an introduction to classical mat Pilates led by instructor Andrea Godson. Over the course of four weeks, we will meet for one hour each week to help you build a strong foundation and feel confident in your body. We will guide you through the essential Pilates movements, focusing on breath, control, and stability while developing core strength and body awareness.
Each week, we’ll explore the classical mat sequence with options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced variations—so you can progress at your own pace and continue to challenge yourself as you grow. This series offers a supportive and welcoming environment to learn and grow. Mandala Yoga Racine fosters an inclusive space where everyone can feel grounded, centered, and connected.
This class series meets on Thursday nights from 7-8pm for four weeks beginning on June 18 and continuing through July 9, 2026.
