This all‑levels class is an open invitation to move, breathe, and reconnect. Whether you’re brand‑new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be guided through accessible postures, simple breathwork, and gentle strengthening at a pace that feels supportive. Come as you are—no experience needed. This class is offered free to the community to encourage connection, wellbeing, and shared practice.
It is free to register for this class. A suggested donation of $10 is encouraged but never required. Donations are collected in-studio via cash or Venmo.
